Shipping Policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping:
We do not charge any fixed flat shipping rate. All orders with online payment are eligible for Free Shipping across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹69 charge is applied.

You can also emphasize that there is no minimum order value for free shipping, since all prepaid (online payment) orders are shipped free of cost. Only COD orders carry a small ₹69 COD handling charge. For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

Local Delivery

All local orders are delivered through our trusted courier partners within the same delivery timelines mentioned above. We do not provide separate hand delivery or store pickup services.

You can list out the ZIP/postal codes you service and/or consider embedding a map here so customers can easily see if they are within your local delivery range.

In-store Pickup

We also offer free in-store pickup from our location.

• To avail this option, customers need to confirm their order with us via Call or WhatsApp.
• After confirmation, we will prepare the order and notify you when it is ready for pickup.
• Pickup is available from our address: address during working hours.
• Please carry your order confirmation (WhatsApp / Call reference) when you come for pickup.
